キャンセルおよび返金ポリシ (Cancellation & Refund Policy)

Myoko Stashでは、お客様のご都合によりご予約を変更またはキャンセルされる場合について、以下のポリシーを設けております。当ロッジは12月から3月の短いピークシーズンのみ営業しており、直前のキャンセルは大きな影響を及ぼすため、何卒ご理解いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

通常のキャンセル規定

すべてのご予約は最終確定となり、下記の緊急時の例外に該当しない限り、返金はできません。 

緊急時の特別対応について

重大な病気や怪我、ご家族の緊急事態など、やむを得ない事情によるキャンセルの場合は、証明書類を添えて速やかに myokocasa@icloud.com までご連絡ください。状況を考慮の上、部分的な返金または将来のご宿泊にご利用いただけるクレジットの発行をご提案させていただく場合がございます

旅行保険のご案内

予期せぬトラブルや天候による交通機関の乱れ、健康上の理由などに備え、旅行保険へのご加入を強くおすすめいたします。

At Myoko Stash, we understand that plans can change. However, due to our short peak season (December to March) and limited availability, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on our business.

Standard Cancellation Terms:

All bookings are final and non-refundable unless covered by our emergency exception below.

Special Consideration for Emergencies:

We understand that genuine emergencies can occur (e.g., serious illness, injury, or family emergencies). In such cases, please contact us directly at myokocasa@icloud.com with supporting documentation. We will review each case individually and may offer a partial refund or a booking credit for a future stay.

Travel Insurance Recommendation:

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including weather disruptions, health emergencies, and travel cancellations.
